Since 1986, Western States Multifamily has analyzed over 3,200 for-rent apartment communities with more than 480,000 units and a value in excess of $50 billion. Our focus is on projects with between 50 and 500+ units. Of the 200+ assignments completed each year, approximately half are market studies for proposed apartment communities.
